The Aesthetics
of Asymmetry
The plan · April to September 2026

Six months.
Six episodes.
Six artefacts.

Each month ships one digital episode and one printed artefact pegged to a specific piece of recent news. The episodes frame the argument. The artefacts prove it at the scale of one story, at the time it actually matters.

Monthly rhythm

Every month the same four beats.

Week 1

Episode ships

Silent launch. The page goes live Monday morning. Tuesday 7:30am AEST, one LinkedIn post fires.

Week 2

Artefact ships

News-pegged printed ledger lands. Post the morning after. Physical edition mails to the named recipients.

Week 3

Response

Track the government response, the media pickup, the silence. Publish one short follow-up post either way.

Week 4

Prepare

Build the next episode. Scope the next artefact. Rest the channel for the algorithm's sake.

The six artefacts

One printed ledger every month, pegged to the week's news.

Each artefact is A2 poster + 16-page document + LinkedIn post, produced from the same template, in under a week. 100 copies on newsprint. Hand-mailed to a specific list of ministers, peak bodies, and journalists for each story.

The single metric that matters

Not reach. Not engagement. Whether the government names what they say they are funding.

If ministers name the organisations they claim to support, the campaign won the information battle. If they don't, the campaign documents the silence. Either outcome is useful. Both produce something worth keeping.

Budget

$1,700 AUD

Six artefacts, six print runs, six mailings, six months. That is the whole outlay. All of it is R&D-eligible under ACT's existing tax claim.
